11:00-11:15am ● 15 minute break

11:15-12:15pm ● Q&A session with Alison

12:15-1:15pm ● Lunch break - lunch provided, or bring your own

1:15-2:15pm ● Challenge scenarios interactive - de-escalation and roleplay session

2:15-2:30pm ● 15 minute break

2:30-3:30pm ● Closing session and wrap up - positive talking points
