This workshop is a continuation of the Trustee 101 workshop, with a focus on the role of the library trustee as employer. It it ideal both as an introduction to the job for new trustees, and a refresher for people who have been on the board for a while.

Tracy Vreeke, Director of Nicolet Federated Library System (NFLS), and Connie Meyer, former Director of Bridges Library System and current NFLS Trustee, will discuss the different aspects of the Trustee’s job, and will walk you through the library trustee’s role as employer. You'll have a chance to meet and network with trustees from other area libraries.
